Scam by Adekale - Amazon Reviews not delivered

I ordered 5 reviews - in order to order these 5 reviews we agree that the seller would make 10 orders from my listing and would let reviews on 50% of them.

We paid to the seller the full amount and 2 months later we got only 1 review that seems to come from the amazon account of the seller itself.

The seller claimed that his "partner" got covid, and then got operated, and finally said that amazon don't accept their reviews.

We asked for refund but the seller won't refund us if we don't refund customers in amazon, in other words, the seller is asking us to spend more money to get our refund...

We ask to the seller the refund of the 4 reviews remaining and the 8 products ordered

Actually, the buyer makes the payment for 10 orders and 5 reviews in which case we will use the money he paid us to order his product on Amazon and leave 5 reviews. In other words, what he actually paying for was reviews because the 10 orders will be used to purchase his product and the payment will return to him.

We made the orders and I attached the screenshot for the order IDs from Amazon which the buyer also confirmed that the orders were made.

Due to the fact that Amazon is becoming strict with product reviews, only 1 of the 5 reviews was eventually published by Amazon.

After the old issue dragged for a while, the buyer asked for a refund which I agreed we will pay him. But the controversy on refund arose when the buyer was demanding that we paid him for the four reviews that were unpublished and we pay him for 8 products.

I objected to that because the orders have been made and you have received the payment for the orders from Amazon; that I will only pay you for the unresolved 4 reviews that weren't published. I concluded that if you want us to pay you back for the order, then refund all the orders from your Amazon account back to all the buyers and we will refund you in full otherwise we will only refund for the unpublished reviews.

At that point we don't trust the seller who i remind claim to provide "GUARANTEED REVIEWS", the only 1 review that has been provided comes from the seller account himself, our order was small as 5 reviews, but still he could not make it, wich is very frustrating, but also seems to prove that the seller post and his related service is now outdated and he cannot provides what he offers.

Anyway, I don't want to give refund to the seller for the reason that i believe he will not refund anything, in fact, he never refunded us anything, not even the reviews that he could not provide.

So as solution, we recommend, that the seller return the items to amazon and get refund from amazon directly.

Also I would like to remind that i paid fees for the 5 reviews, + an additional 50$ that the seller charged to order products without reviews, and i would also be losing money from the amazon comission for these orders for nothing since the seller has not provided the service he promised.

he gave many reasons; he said that he was injured in an accident; I'm still waiting for a refund that i applied for too

I think that is reasonable as a refund from Amazon is quite easy and they even pay the shipping.

Also a refund for the services not provided is in order.

There is no way a product that has been opened and used and is after 30-days would be refunded by Amazon. Amazon doesn't normally refund that.

They refund almost anything.

I buy from them almost daily.

He's washing his hands off the issue as he claims he's a middlemen and refunds need to be from the source

@Adekale - I need to see proof of refunds to the buyer who did not get what he paid for here.

If I do not see proof of refunds by tomorrow I will have no choice but to ban.

At this point getting the buyer to return the products that have been used and discarded is not going to be easy and I can't refund the products that were bought and he received the payment. I won't do that.

Moreover, I don't have a refund for the product neither reviews in my thread, what I have there is the replacement of dropped reviews.
