this guy scammed me. I paid via Coinbase to purchase a VCC from thier website. This is their website: OpenPayCard. Payment deducted from Coinbase but never arrived in my OpenPayCard account.

Do you know a moderator who can help me with this?

I need a moderator to help me with this. I am so sorry this is my first time. I apologize if I have posted in the wrong channel / place.

Ohh... It's really bad, when the software not doing the work for me, let me add the deposit to your balance, send me your deposit or order id via PM, don't worry, and calm down, if you don't needed vcc or anything, you'll get refunds.
 
As shared above you need to open a Dispute Resolution thread against @dotENGINE with the following elements:

the Dispute Resolution section rules, you're required to submit all of the following:
  • Proof that the business transaction began on BHW. A link to the conversation or post will suffice.
  • Screenshot proof that you informed the other party of your intention to open a dispute against them 48 hours beforehand.
  • Screenshot proof that you tried every reasonable form of contact before opening a dispute thread.
  • A brief summary of your dispute with the accused (e.g., failure to deliver the product or service)
  • What you need from the accused to consider this resolved. Examples include a refund or a replacement.

Guys, thank you so much for the quick response. Initially, the seller didn't respond to my PM - perhaps he/she wasn't around. Secondly, there was a little misunderstanding. The issue was - according to the seller - with some software thing. The seller has added the balance I sent via Coinbase into my OpenPayCard. I will test it after a few hours. I really hope it would work. @Moderators and @everyone, thank you so much.
I have started to love BlackHatWorld community. Thanks a lot again.

I'm locking this as it seems the seller and the buyer are working things out and if not the buyer now knows what he has to do should this not work out in a manner that is considered fair.
