Hey yall
I just opened my new shopify account about 2 months ago.
Right now though I am doing some heavy sales. Found a winning product and wanting to scale it.
Took a ton of trial and error to find this one.
Issue though is I am worried about making to much revenue on a new shopify account. I am using Shopify payments and worried that theyll flag me if I scale to fast.
I am making around $5000 a day right now. I just don't want shopify getting suspicious and holding my money etc.
Is this too sudden? screenshot attached. Is this too fast? Should I slow down?

Shopify and payment platforms are usually very cautious with new accounts that experience sudden revenue spikes, as they need to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other financial risks. If possible, you should consider slowing down your scaling a bit to build a stable transaction history and prepare documents proving your product’s origin and business legitimacy
Also, it’s a good idea to contact Shopify support early to notify them about your unusual growth and show that you are a transparent business owner

Yeah most of the time they can ban accs for no reason so you'll have to be careful and use multiple accs.

I am doing right now between $7-10K and it is my 2nd month with this shopify account. Should I slow this down?

In my opinion, You Might Need to Be Careful
1. Cash flow problems: If your payouts get held but your ad spend and fulfillment costs keep rising, you could run into serious cash strain
2. Chargebacks & disputes: With higher volume comes more risk of customer complaints. One or two chargebacks early can raise red flags
You Should Do Instead of Slowing Down Too Much
1. Lower ad spend scaling pace slightly: If you're scaling aggressively daily, consider holding steady for a few days, optimizing ROAS, and ensuring fulfillment is smooth.
2. Keep customer service tight: Respond fast to inquiries, offer tracking, and reduce refund/chargeback triggers. High CSAT reduces platform risk.

If you're shipping on time and not running any copyright/replica products - you don't have anything to worry - keep scaling

Fast growth is great, but on a new account it can raise red flags. Shopify cares more about how you handle orders than just the numbers. If your backend's solid, you're fine. Still, having a backup payment option is smart.
