Scaling Up

Hello you amazing and intelligent people, i do hope you are having a nice weekend and keeping well.

I have run an affiliate marketing business for over 5 years at home, which offers services such as email marketing, search engine optimisation, Google AdWords PPC support. I know there is only so many hours in a day for what i can do and my productivity is limited. I please wondered the steps i need to take to start scaling things up please to make this a larger business to free up my time also? I would be forever grateful if anyone could kindly share any thoughts or help on this please?

You need to determine if what you do can be automated or not. If parts of the task require little though and are extremely repetitive, then chances are the task can be automated. There are services on Fiverr, as well as other websites that can do this.

If what you do can't be automated, the only way to scale your business is to outsource/hire employees to do the work. Since you have the method down, you can simply teach it to people who agree to work for you for a salary, but be very careful if you do this as once an employee understand the process well, they might strike out on their own and take your method with them.

Most importantly though is you write down the different steps of what you do in as clear a way as possible, then it's a lot easier to determine what steps can be automated/outsourced.

If you want to scale up and you don't have the time, why don't you outsource some of the jobs that you think is repetitive and boring? In that way, you lessen your stress and focus on managing them to hit your target.

AUTOMATION and lemme give you advice avoid that freaky selenium... you cant scale shit with this!
