Scaling my subscription based business

Hi All,

First time posting, forgive me if this is the wrong thread for what I'm after.

Really just looking for some advice on how to scale my business. In short, it's a subscription based service for matched betting tips that generates clients upwards of 10 x the entry fee, there is work associated with generating the income once involved, but it's minimal. I have a free channel that has seen significant growth following a recent ad campaign, but converting free users to premium is proving to be very difficult.

I show receipts, provide value to the free channel & offer support whenever is needed.

I may be impatient, but not sure where I go from here.

Marketing my friend. Hire an expert. Conversion is always the tricky part. Use funnels, Maybe test out some urgency (limited-time offers), social proof (testimonials from premium users), or a small “tripwire” offer to get them invested. You may have receipts, testimonial something and values to provide but it's not reaching the audience.

This to be honest, also try to view the customers prespective
