Scaling Fiverr to multiple accounts - advice needed

Hi there,

at the moment, I have 2 Fiverr accounts running and I'm planning to expand the business up to, let's say, 10 accounts (each running on a VPS with a different IP of course).
I can manage several accounts myself, but only up to a certain point and I hate trading time for money, so I'm planning to outsource the task (which is neither time consuming nor difficult at all) to one or several VA's for a percentage cut. There are still some questions remaining and maybe someone with a little experience can help me out here.

1. Is Fiverr pissed off about different IP's using the same account?
I know that I shouldn't mix the IP of, say, account A and use it for managing account B - but if I outsource the task to someone living somewhere in India for example, would Fiverr be pissed off about that? After all, there would be 2 different IP's (mine and the VA's) using the same account.
I could provide the VA with VPS/VPN access so we both use the same IP, that wouldn't be a problem - I just need to know.

2. Is it safe to give a VA full access to the account?
I know, most of you will instantly scream "NO" - but aren't there security measures in place that prevent people from changing the password or making withdrawals without the security question and access to the account's email adress? I mean, if I give the password to him/her and he can't make any withdrawals or change anything, that shouldn't be a problem, right?

Thats all that I have in mind right now but I'm sure I will come up with a couple of new questions soon ;)

Would be great if someone could help me out here :)

I wish you well in your Fiverr venture.

How will you deal with the different Paypal accounts Fiverr
requires for each different account ???

All the best . . .

Hello,

It would mean that one VA would take care of one account (otherwise, the IP of a VA would be used for several accounts: it would be dangerous). You would need to hire a lot of VA if you have a lot of accounts.

You can add several emails to one paypal account. So, for example, I could have Paypal A with 5 emails for 5 Fiverr-Accounts... and Paypal B, Paypal C and so on. I already have a stealth Paypal account for both of my existing Fiverr-accounts and if I'd reach the email limit, I will simply buy a new one, so that's not the problem.

It would mean that one VA would take care of one account (otherwise, the IP of a VA would be used for several accounts: it would be dangerous). You would need to hire a lot of VA if you have a lot of accounts.

For this, I have 2 options in my head ^^

A) Hire multiple VA's - 1 VA for 1 Fiverr Account - and let them work on a "commission" base. They login daily, check for orders and if they work on an order, they get, I don't know, 50% or so (it only takes them 5-10 Minutes tops).

B) Each Fiverr account has its own VPS (for the IP, Cookies, Footprints and Stuff). I've setup a VPN server on each VPS so I can switch IP's with a simple mouseclick. I could create useraccounts for the VPN network and let one VA have access to multiple Fiverr accounts with their assigned IP adresses.

If I find someone who's willing to work for commission, I will definitely go with option A.

Anyway... unfortunately my original questions remain unanswered :(

That much work & Time for just 4$ Profit per Job? How Many orders you get per day per account that you want to scale this? & what make you sure to get regular Orders?
I have 3 Accounts and from last 4-5 Months No such new order. Gig was making 10-Orders per day in oct/14.

I have 3 Accounts and from last 4-5 Months No such new order. Gig was making 10-Orders per day in oct/14.

Let's say I get at least 30 orders a month (which is the average amount atm), some of them are more than the regular $5 gig. So lets assume that I get an average of $150 per account and month. So 10 accounts would bring in $1500/month. If I get a VA to do it for a 50% cut, that's a $750 passive income right there. I don't have to lift a finger and I could even scale it up some more. All it takes for me is to set up the email account, fiverr account and the VPS - which equals a total of 5 hours of work on my end. To get some reviews, I usually give away 3-5 gigs for free at first and my last 2 accounts were running fine after 1-2 weeks. Even if I wanted to manage all the accounts myself, it would only take me approximately 2 hours a day to do so. But, like I said, I'm planning to outsource all of the work, so that I can focus on other projects.
In the last 2 days alone I earned $120 from Gigs that took me about 3 hours to complete. But, to be honest, I don't like the task and I hate trading time for money.

No disrespect, but instead of asking me questions it would be nice if someone could actually answer some of mine :)

People will tell you that if you use different email addresses to the same PayPal account, then you will be safe. But this is NOT the case. Fiverr is really getting, in your words, PISSED OFF that sellers are scamming the system. They don't want one seller to have the corner on a market niche by claiming the top ten spots under different names. If one account gets caught, THEY ALL GO DOWN! You lose everything. All it takes is one stupid mistake (forgetting to change the IP, using the wrong PayPal account at the wrong time), and a warning bell goes off at Fiverr Central. Be very careful. It can be done, but the PayPal Management will be crucial.

Can i have only 1 paypal account for multiple fiverr acounts and just add other email to paypal? Or will fiverr know its just on paypal with added email?
