Because the European GDPR legislation already applies in all European countries. So if the breach is there (and it is) it is already there in all the countries that have to submit to GDPR, regardless of whether the governments of those countries pronounce expressively or not

Can I ask how one would go about getting the seed keywords? My knowledge of SEO in practice is rudimentary.
If I was making a site about “English Castles”, would I start with that in google, then just pick up PAA questions as keywords from that serp? use them as titles for page, then search down those keywords in a hierarchical fashion to get the page contents?
I’ve seen it suggested to use semrush, but I’m not sure what the feature is. I’m on the free version but I can upgrade.
My background is professional code monkeying, I’m pretty sure I’ve worked out the technical process the OP is using, prototyped part of it, the bit he doesn’t talk about. I can also see where you would go with phase 2.
My interest is adding content to an expanding private blog network for a money site.
