Scaled NSFW Re-uploads

I've been putting off trying a project like this for a long while. It's not a market I know well and not exactly one I really want to be working on.

However, two of my more recent projects have a lot of overlap with the tech side of things so I'm going to give it a try as a side project. I should be able to set it up within a few days and if it works I'm sure I can find a use for another income stream.

The Plan

The plan is pretty straight forward. Automate re-uploads to tube sites and social media. Redirect traffic to Chaturbate revshare or something.

I'm obviously not the only person doing this kind of thing but I do have a few tweaks in mind which I think will be unique. Doesn't mean it'll work, but it does mean I'm interested in trying it.
Not at all sure which sites I should be uploading to. I know nothing about their algorithms for ranking or their moderation. This is all new to me.

The System

An automated system to generate and post videos. Setup a white label and got some domains to swap between. I'm pretty happy with the video build so far but the moderation of each site will dictate how viable it really is. From what I can see so far I *think* I have a unique take on this. Whether or not that'll actually make a difference remains to be seen.

So far it's built a bunch of videos and I've created the uploader for one of the main tube sites. Uploading a couple of videos a day per account. Doing a bunch of different niches on different accounts to spread things out a little, rather than just one account posting everything.

I suspect if I can mock metrics on the sites I can boost the organic views as well but that's on the back burner until I see which accounts actually stay alive long enough for it to matter.

The Journal

Most of this is automated so my workload at the moment is basically just the initial setup and seeing how things work.

I'll share stats (if we get that far) but I expect the near future is going to be a lot of 'I get no traffic' or 'All accounts deleted'. Likely just a lot of waiting around to see what happens for now.

The Start

We've about 15 videos live, about 1000 views and half a dozen hops to CB. The basic code seems about ready though I'll probably have some bug fixing to do. The code took about a day to do so I'll wait and see what happens with the current traffic before putting any more development time into it.

Next Steps

More accounts and sites to upload to. At this point I basically have everything else done. Uploaders won't take more than a few hours tops but I'm going to see how this one does first.
The social media side of things needs a few hours of work as well.

Goals for the next week:
* Finish the social side of things
* 15 accounts
* 150 videos live

Technically the system could do 150 videos within an hour but I want to see how the accounts do before scaling.

Longer term if we start seeing traffic then we'll need more site uploaders, account creators and maybe look at boosting the metrics of accounts to rank better.

Though that made me chuckle I wouldn't be surprised if @SEOMadHatter has success. Surely a method that has been around for some time but if he can properly automate/scale and finds a unique angle to this there's most likely still some good cash in this method.

Unfortunately, I started this project before a busy weekend so there's not a lot I'm really able to do on this one until next week. Started to make a few tweaks though.

Split the system into two parts. One requires a little manual intervention through a web client to screen for quality. The other doesn't give a shit and just grabs anything which meets the filters. I'll track and compare the two for traffic and moderation.

Finished the first half of the social traffic setup last night. Going to need some tweaking but it's almost there. Setup another account and sped up the uploading process so it'll be able to handle bigger numbers.

Code looking stable. Shifting it over to a bigger server to handle the encoding faster.

Told the girl I'm seeing what I'm actually working on. Figured if she happened to see my screen claiming "It's for work!" probably wouldn't cut it.

At the moment I'm setting up accounts manually. When I know a site is worth working on I can automate that but that's the biggest bottleneck at the moment and I'm not a huge fan of manual work so it's slowing me down. Have to suck it up and make them to test this properly.

Next steps:

If I can find the time tonight I'd like to get to 15 accounts and finish off the social code. Then I want to look at boosting the videos metrics to see if it picks up more traffic.

Automation handles almost everything. At the moment I'm setting up accounts but everyhing else is handed by automation.

Right. Had a bit more free time today than I'd thought so I got some new stuff going.

First up are the video metrics. The videos metrics are being automatically boosted to (hopefully) improve organic reach and the social traffic is being sent to the videos as well. It means my initial view metrics are going to be skewed for the moment but I'll run that system a while and afterwards compare accounts with to accounts without. The hope is the inflated traffic ranks the videos better for the sites organic traffic.

Partly automated the account setup for the first tube site. Wasn't too complicated and there was no way I was going to reach my targets without it.

Setup a couple more accounts into different niches with different domains. Retooled the system to handle intros/outros as well. I'd like to compare viewcounts vs hits for testing watermarks vs outros but that'll have to wait a bit for now.

Setup some tracking although I'm not going to go around applying to different affiliate networks until I know the traffic is going to work, so everything is going to the same place at the moment.

The traffic is still not worth anything but it's growing. All time high of 5 yesterday. 25 so far today. Lambo in no time.

For real though. I've been around long enough I'm not expecting an overnight blow out but it's a good start. My first arbitrary milestone is 1k hops a day and everything I'm working on is focused on scaling.

Growth is the easy part like this. Account moderation is the thing which potentially gets me. I could do this with 1k accounts by tomorrow and hit my goal. But I need to see how the accounts do.

Next steps are pretty straightforward. Split test semi-auto vs entirely auto accounts and add more. I've maybe 2-3 hours of work to do just getting it running on a new server then I'll push on with setting up new niches.

I had a look through that 'post your CPA earnings thread' and the CB ones are a bit nuts. 100,000 hops for a 1k profit vs a fraction of that for a network like Los Pollos. The CB revshare might be pretty residual though so I won't write it off quite yet.

Ending the day on 100 hops. A drop in the bucket compared to what I'll need but this has been a very small scale test so far while I finish everything up. At this rate scaling to the first milestone of 1k would be easy - the big question is going to be how rough moderation is.

Tomorrow will likely be some bug fixing, some work on the social traffic side of things and maybe a look at another tubesite uploader/account creator. Might as well get a jumpstart on diversity.

Signed up with another network and spotted someone doing this method on a big scale with a slightly different method. My usual logic is if someone is doing something consistently - it's working for them. So I'll be tinkering a bit and setting that method up today as well if I can get accepted to a network for the offers.

Already at 100+ hops for today which is still a tiny amount for this kind of niche but it feels pretty good to be getting started. Working on another project this morning but then I'll be scaling again later tonight. Hopefully setting up this new offer (talking to a network just now) and aiming for a second tube site.

100 hops to CB revshare I didn't even think to check honestly. I saw your numbers the other day 100,000 for 1k that month.

You may want to try something other than Chaturbate. There are a ton of other cam sponsors and spamming the same stuff everyone else is doesn't seem like an easy way to get an edge over your competition

I've been trying to earn the same way. I'm using lospollos, 100 visits so far 0$ earned, but I think I need to add a little twist to my videos to make people do this CPA stuff.
