This means they'll throw the book at him.
I also read earlier that since he got arrested that early means they have overwhelming evidence against him.

Majority of whale and big player is self custodian anyway. the diff in crytpo and fiat, you can easily store it yourself no matter how big the ammount. as for fiat/gold etc it will take space and ton of security.
if you put it for trade than it's fine. but never put on cex for saving

Caroline was spotted in NYC literally three days ago. Chances are, she was meeting with the Attorney General. Wouldn't be surpised she rolled over considering how SBF was literally throwing her and Alameda under the bus every chance he had whilst doing his ill-advised Twitter space interviews.

Probably. honestly us gov love this, got a reason to take hold for all us affiliated exchange now to regulate it. i think they have a deal already with us gov,some people even tough ftx is build to go bankrupt, all the investor so far is more like stand up comedy anyway. who in heck play mobile legend in meeting with profeesional investor, and the investor praise them and still give hundred millioin fo usd. lol
and who in the right mind steal $8bill,spend weeks making stupid excuse and have not runaway yet. he said he forgot about it? bank tf can be tracked down, it take times but can. even when pasing hundred of paper company. if he tf using crypto it can be tracked dwn faster in days. not like the adress is hidden anyway.

I think it's just a political thing. I don't think Binance is a scam.
He's looking at 50 years minimum. That is if he cuts a plea deal. If he gets the full sentence it's over 100y.

"Epsteined" was trending on twitter after his arrest. SDNY indicted him away from Congressional testimony before he could spill the beans and expose anyone "important" with their hands in this mess, lol. There is a bigger picture to this imo- Central banks won't allow to lose control of parallel systems operating.
Funny how the Pentagon loses $2 Trillion, yet everybody else has to keep such tight books and now the stupid minimum $600. reporting.
The NY Fed is experimenting as of Nov 15 on CBDC's. UK working on them too. The EU just announced a proposal to ban any cash transactions over 10K euros. Centralization coming unless all people worldwide stand up against it. Never expected it my lifetime.

Here's the thing. Crypto is already regulated.
It's considered a commodity. So you buy and sell Bitcoin under the same laws that govern oranges and pineapples. And oil barrels.
The scams can happen in any industry.
It just so happens that there's a lot of gullible people in crypto. You draw some random shit, mint it on a blockchain, and people pay thousands of $ for it. The problem here is not crypto, but the people themselves.
It is the underpinning technologies that don't appear to be, uhh... regulated, so well
