Wow, I can't believe no one cares about this -- it's pretty major...
I for one am raping Yahoo in my last days. If Yahoo thinks it is going to eff me in the A on Saturday, I will F**k it too.
I await some magic from Sweetfunny, I am hoping she can find a good way around this.

I was under the impression that Scrapebox didn't actually utilize Site Explorer's API. Keep in mind that this is only the API that will be shutting down, you will still be able to access Site Explorer from the website.
Yahoo shutting down it's API to Yahoo Site Explorer doesn't mean that its changing the algorithm (which is now powered by Bing)
