SB/Xrumer backlinks for foreign sites

Hello all..

With the latest updates in Google algorithms, can I use SB/Xrumer or other low quality links as third tier for a foreign site? First tier being high PR links, second web 2.0 / blog posts, all articles and posts in the native language. Will third tier spammy links on international/US sites undermine the entire campaign? If not, should they be in english or the native language?

if you use high authority sites for second tier then you link can't go wrong.

No, first and second tier articles and posts are in the native language. As to the third, I have no idea what language they should be in..

99% of mi high page rank backlinks (blog post) come from inglish articles and mi site is
in spanish, anchor text is in spanish, articles in english, I also did a Xrumer piramide service directly to money site, now mi site is 1 in global SERPS and 2 for local, note mi site is manualy translated from spanish to english, spanish is main lenguage, all backlinks point toards spanish lenguage (main site lenguage).
I have searched this forum for backlink lenguage and from wat I gathered is that backlink lenguage does not mater.
