SB Whois Scraper VPS

I'm looking to order a vps for scrapebox. I'll be using the whois scraper tool ONLY. What specs would you guys recommend?

I've seen various threads recommending xsserver.eu, can anyone confirm that they are worth working with?

So I stupidly paid for a month at xsserver and the scrapebox whois scraper continues to crash. It's coming up to the end of my subscription and need a solid VPS that will allow me to use the whois scraper with 1m+ urls.

I contacted sb support and they told me this:

"A 32 Bit Windows application can use up to roughly 1.8GB of RAM, that's the Windows limitation. So any machine more than 3GB of RAM (1GB for running Windows and 2GB for the app) won't help much unless you are running multiple instances.

So that's probably a good baseline, unless of course you want to run multiple instances and split your lists across them then there can be benefit in +3GB RAM."

Does anyone have any experience using the whois scraper on a VPS scraping 1 million+ URL's and can anyone suggest a package that will allow me to do the above? I really don't want to pay for another month, move scrapebox to another PC and find that it continues to crash. +Rep for anyone that can help me with this.
