SB: How much to blast a site?

Hi, I am quite new to Scrapebox and have been reading topics on the subject for a few days and I have a doubt...

How much must I blast a site? I mean... If one day I comment and get (lets say) 10000 linkbacks, do I need to do 10k the next day and so on?
Or is it convenient to do 100 per day? Or maybe one day 10, the next 50, the next one 100?

Because wouldn't it be weird if one day I get 10000 linkbacks and the next none?
I mean, I know G doesn't scan all of the sites every day, but even though it would seem suspicios if a site gets a lot of links out of the blue.

1. don't do the same number every day.
2. vary the anchors and even URLs
3. Post to various blogs and not the same ones everyday.

Although it won't totally harm your site, you will face a serious google dance.

Create link-wheel and blast your tier link with unlimited SB blasting.And don't blast your main site... google will ban you.

And about comments, I must not put a lot of links at once and instead put links only in the form data fields (name = anchor, website = my site) and not in the comment field?
