i buy SB recently, but when i use blacklink checker the button of start can be pressed!

YeAh, you have to load the url , by clicking the button and select it from a file or from the scraper.

I have registered Moz and put the ACCESSS ID and SECRET KEY in the Account setup,but it still can't button the "start" (i have load the url)

As others have stated, you need to enter it in the required format. It does actually tell you just above the textbox.
