[say what!] ProxyBlaze issue/problem?

    Hi, I am new to dedicated elite private proxies, so I may be completely stupid in posting this thread...

    So basically I pay ProxyBlaze for private proxies each month.

    This month all my old proxies stop working, and I get invoiced for my new list. I pay my invoice and they email saying they will arrive in 48hours....

    3 days pass and still nothing, so I open a ticket and ask where they are.

    They get back to me and say- sorry we have no proxies available in our pool at the moment, there are none available to you.

    Then why did they invoice me then!? I have literally paid for nothing! This seems wrong to me?

    What are your thoughts guys and girls?

    seems straight forward they took money in return for
    a batch of proxies they have not supplied.
    contact them and ask, why have the invoiced/charged you
    for proxies - when by there own admission they have none
    to give - quote there email stating they have none
    and ask for a refund

    Yeah I have just got a refund.

    I had let them know it was a ridiculous situation. But it shouldnt be on me to raise this with them, they shouldn't invoice people for nothing.

    this is the problem with rec-ruing monthly fees
    if you dont watch, they take money out even if
    something is wrong as its probably done that way
    for there service, automated monthly payments.
    they will come out if there service is working or not
    so its down to a buyer to keep a close eye there
    getting what they pay for, least you got your money
    back.

    its the 1 reason ive never done monthly fees for my
    service for scrapebox, pay once use as long as a person
    wants, nothing for me to worry about. but few sellers
    will charge 1 time for an unlimited use service because its
    all about the monthly money - it keeps comming.
    me i cant be bothered with it

    You were invoiced because your old list of proxies were working. Its just that we were unable to provide a fresh/new list to you as we have stopped updating the proxies every month. So as of now the proxies are alive 24*7.

    proxyblaze - and it took you 17 days to reply to the buyer here ?
    that was his problem with getting no replys to support tickets as well.

    now i see why you replied today. ude been of the forum 3/4 weeks
    also looking at your profile of posts, you seem to disapear 1/2/3 weeks at a
    time, which as a seller, if a buyer wants to get in touch with you makes it
    difficult.

    im with the buyer on this one, if i buy something from you , and something
    goes wrong, i dont wanna have to wait 1/2/3 weeks till the next time you login,
    must be hard running a service but hardly being here to answer any problems.

    if you sell a service or product on bhw you need to be around to support it
    not just show up every few weeks, thats bad, shows lack of interest , show more
    care to the service you where granted to sell on this forum and pay more attention
    to your buyers..

    and dont waste your time on a smart ass come back seen em all b4 .
