Hi, I am new to dedicated elite private proxies, so I may be completely stupid in posting this thread... So basically I pay ProxyBlaze for private proxies each month. This month all my old proxies stop working, and I get invoiced for my new list. I pay my invoice and they email saying they will arrive in 48hours.... 3 days pass and still nothing, so I open a ticket and ask where they are. They get back to me and say- sorry we have no proxies available in our pool at the moment, there are none available to you. Then why did they invoice me then!? I have literally paid for nothing! This seems wrong to me? What are your thoughts guys and girls?
