Saving certain threads for personal use?

Is it okay if I save threads like how those sites leeching BHW do, but instead of it going to a website it goes to my pc and its only threads that may get deleted and its only for personal use for reading stuff that may have been good but had to be removed cause of another post starting a flame war.

cause its easier than copying and pasting, and sometimes there is a good reply and then the thread is deleted shortly after due to some bad posts made earlier.
