Save posts and threads in "Favorites"

1. i know we can "Watch" the thread we like, but what if we don't like to recieve any notifications?

2. a lot of valueble info could be in a thread's posts, not OP topic

i think it would be cool to just save posts and threads in some kind of "Favorites"

Bookmark Bar, right-click, create a folder. Place wherever you'd like. Call it "Useful Topics" because "Blackhatworld Threads" sounds cringey.

Then, when you see a thread you like, Control-D, or Command-D if you're part of the Mac master race.

If there is a specific post of value in a sea of terrible posts and "thank u" and "nice share", you can right-click and save the permalink.

Alternatively, create an Evernote notebook of threads you find valuable, and scrape whatever you'd like, adding a link at the top. This becomes searchable, taggable, and more, and can be grabbed from any device.

I don't believe BHW has any plans in the future to incorporate a save feature outside of the current Watch Threads option.

beat me to it bart, ive been saving my firefox browser bookmarks file for
years . got a boat load of threads saved

The way I use it is select "without receiving email notifications" when you hit the "watch" button at the top of all threads.



2. You can then find them in your watched threads section - https://www.blackhatworld.com/watched/threads if a thread becomes particularly interesting and you want to be kept up to date - click into that thread and select UnWatch and then watch again and toggle the email notifications option.
