Do you think that a person named Satoshi invented Bitcoin ?
Bitcoin's founder may have been a person named Nirmal Baba : who knows ?
Till then, I feel that wallet that OP is referring to, belongs to Baba Ramdev.
DISCLAIMER : This is not a troll type of comment, as the entire world is aware that the inventor of Bitcoin is still anonymous and Satoshi is not his (or her) real name.
Time when Bitcoin was invented is known & will always be known as the Satoshi era. However as of now the whole world is aware that Bitcoin's inventor's real name is not Satoshi.

I strongly feel OP actually intends to ask if anyone feels that wallet belongs to the inventor of Bitcoin.
But, this is just my assumption. Based on my (above) assumption :-
That wallet has 489 Bitcoins, which at that time in 2010 was worth a total of just US$0.40 (Bitcoin was US$0.0008 at that time) and hence highly impossible that this wallet belongs to the inventor of Bitcoin. Also considering the fact that it was very easy to mine a lot of Bitcoins everyday in 2010 even using one single personal computer.
However about a person named Satoshi behind Bitcoin, the whole world still remains absolutely clueless.

I doubt it unless it's one of his many wallets. I'd assume satoshi would have more than 500 bitcoins.

Too little info to reasonably claim that it can be Satoshi. Definitely one of the early contributors/users of Bitcoin, but too little to say it's Satoshi.

Satoshi is speculated to own anywhere from 750,000 to 1.1 million Bitcoins that he mined when Bitcoin was a proof-of-concept. We would need wallet(s) with atleast 10-30% of that number to reasonably claim that it can be Satoshi.

490 coins would be any early adopter.

hal finney was likely at least part of the team they call Satoshi Nakamoto but that wallet could belong to anyone,i had hundreds of bitcoins stolen by btce and the fbi to name a few and many there knew btc was the furure .i remember back in 2011-12 being told by dermaink btc would be 100k one day ,shame i thought he was a nut
