Any specific features you are looking in other networks that you can't find in SAPE? I mean, on there you have control over what you buy as well and can filter most of the junk sites pretty easily.

I personally use linkfeed.ru, miralinks.ru, gogetlinks.ru and rotapost.ru. But I'm not sure the sites have the English versions. Miralinks.ru and gogetlinks.ru are my favourite. Linkfeed is the worst one.

Miralink is only PR articles no?
There's no backlinks as far as I know

Gogelinks and MIralinks will both ban your account if you'll gonna promote any websites on a foreign language (you have to have Russian version or a page with information in Russian language).
There is a service designed especially for English language websites (form Gogelinks' owners), it's called:
getgoodlinks.ru
and it allows you to buy links for non-russian websites.
The service is not so popular yet and I could describe my experience with it like... so-so. But if you'll compete it with Sape it will be much-much-much better.
