Sandboxed? Banned? Help!!

I done the exact same thing and thought bugger.
What I then done was thought stuff it, backlinking doesnt have to cost anything so I continued steady back linking using manual methods and site related to my niche. I would back link there even if it was no-follow and hey presto my site was back after about 3 weeks, on page 1.

WAIT for a month with micro niche sites OR build link SLOWLY . I personally set AMR with 1 article to 100 submissions per day hitting all KW (target at least 10) - it get 20 links per day or so
also you can start doing some manual comments, it is also a good investement
during that time GET MORE CONTENT (or write it yourself)
you can make a NOT SO MICRO site with 10 articles (for 20-30$ if you buying them - its an investement but you should earn that much in max 2 months)
and good interlinking between pages - it will help you much more than bunch of links

I register a domain (exact), build the site, build .edu and .gov links, build links like crazy with senuke and scrapebox = Site in top 10 in less that a month... sometimes 15 days.. depends on competition
Never got banned... try gov and edu links first.. it works.. you will love me.. lol

Yeah just keep dripping links to it and you will see improvements in time. Ranking can take a lot of time especially with new domains without tons of content but it is very possible. If you are showing as being in the index, as you say, then you are fine to keep promoting IMO.

YEAH! same backlink method i used. recently started 16 websites, all built from this method. edu + gov first around 100 each site. then blast like hell.
