1. Create a page with a meta refresh that redirects to a competitors page call it READ_ME.html
2. Bundle it with a video (in a zip file) of a popularly searched google term (check google trends).
3.Convert into to torrent and upload to as many tracker sites as possible.
Google knows, I know because I just had a site jump 200+ down the index because of this technique.
