Samsung Galaxy SIII or NOTE 2? Confused

I am looking to buy either of those phone's but like any other buyer, m confused too..

I would appreciate some inputs from anyone who's using'em or who can help me decide..

S3 all the way. I think the note is older technology but I could be wrong. I don't know anything about the note2. I have the S3 and love it. The note is too big IMO.

I dig for S3 too.. but the only reason M tempted to buy NOTE 2 is coz of 2GB RAM and 1.6 Quad... I won't be launching rockets for sure.. But confused if its good to have that much of RAM in it..

I have an Iphone 4s and thinking of switch to the Galaxy S3, not sure I want another iPhone, but then again do I want Google tracking my every move via an Android device.

RAM is not an important factor in the performance of a computer or phone, the CPU is. I would suggest you to get the S3, too.

I'm sure even good tech programmers won't need that much of RAM. So go ahead for S3. Note is way too much.

Ref : I'm a Mobile Apps developer So i'm sure S3 should solve all your needs. Note2 is way too big

I wouldn't buy any of those, but rather wait a little bit for Nokia Lumia 920. It will be a lot faster then iPhone 5 and camera will be amazing as well.

You won't regret buying any of these two phones. They are both powerful (i don't know if the actual the difference in CPU power in life-time contexts is so easy to notice, because Note II has to power a bigger display with a higher resolution, the difference in RAM is probably more important, but I was more than happy with S3).
