(Captainwtf here, Made a new account hated the old one's display name lol)

The bigger screen is loaded with advantages when it comes to just about anything business related. The only reason I don't have one is because I have the Note 10.1 Tablet and such a large, powerhouse of a phone isn't really something I need at this point.

There are a few phones in the pipeline for the first quarter of next year that may be worth the wait, I wish I had some cool groundbreaking insider info on them to share but I really don't. The problem is, We all know how delayed phone launches can get...

On a side note, Was anyone else here really disappointed in the HTC Droid DNA? I was ready with cash in hand until I found out that it only has 16GB Of Internal memory with no expansion slot and a relatively small 2,000mah Battery. That could've been one of the best Android Smartphones to date...

I just wanted to post an update to this thread incase anyone wondering between the Galaxy S3 and the Note 2, well I just bought the Note 2 the other day as a gift to myself, and let me tell you I love it! the size is not an issue at all its actually much welcomed as its much easier to type and theres more to see, within the first hour of owning it I had a iphone owner at a restaurant I went to to have a couple of drinks with friends ask me if it was a phone or tablet, and when i told her it was a phone she was amazed and admitted she liked her iphone but that the screen was an issue being so small but with the phone I had that would solve her issue. If your on this forums chances are your online a lot, well this feels like the perfect on the go replacement when Im not on my iPad or 27in all in one mac,oh and the battery life is AMAZING!

vote for Note 2
But it will need 2 hand to use
It have all good Feature then S3

Good battary :D
More ram
Good processor
Big (need 2 hand for normal Use)
Price is little high than S3

When I read this I thought to myself, how many people type with one hand? I don't know about you but even when I had my nexus galaxy I would always flip it sideways to type with both hands, because using my two thumbs to type is much faster as oppose to one hand.which I want to add the note 2 keyboard feels like the perfect size keyboard and I don't experience much error if not any usually when typing.

Update#
I was eating at sizzlers yesterday and while in line a s3 owner approached me with his wife asking me about my phone, we had a good 5 minute conversation about it. He really liked my phone at the end of that conversation lol.

Of course, there is, you know, the option to make the Note 2 easy to use with one hand; just shrinks the keyboard down horizontally so it's the size it would be on a smaller phone.

True, Samsung does make it easier for those who do want to use one hand when typing on thier note 2.

I don't think so.
Android >>> iOS

I actually agree, I don't use my ipad anymore since I got my note 2 my ipad just feels over sized and heavy. The note 2 is the perfect size/weight for the use of a phone or tablet.

I say go for the SIII. Now I wonder when I'll be able to buy a gift like this for myself.
