Sending warm wishes for a speedy recovery!

heres the gamble - all 4 of dogs legs collapsed tues this week
due to a syst in her neck on tuesday . vets hospitalized her friday.

her opperation had been moved up from tues next week to this sunday.
after 10 days she will come home, me wife will have to perform physio therapy daily...

if she doent improve within 8 weeks she will be leg paralyzed
for life the vet says its a £10,000 gamble 50/50
proxyxgo said 1 thing [ DO IT ]

the legs have already gone in to shock so theres 0 to loose
but ill likely be in debt for a while .

the vet asked me today are you sure you wanna do this
with a 50/50 pass/fail.

i said look - im not rich, never was, but when i had heart attack in 2020
my dog went on my long walks with me helping me recover
i owe her the same debt . the casino would say RED or BLACK
its a coin toss .

yes it just a dog - but dogs feel to . and 1 week ago today
we were out walking in the wood for hrs
they grow so quick

Man, that hurts just to read, but i'd do the same. Money's important but it's not everything in life, and i pray that Sammy will have a speedy recovery and will be sharing her love again! Everything will be alright, believe that!

sammys 5 hr opperation on her neck to remove the syst
trapped between her vertibra was a success
shes also sailed through 2 rounds of anasthetic

she is knocked out but resting - there keeping her
under observation 7-8 days. then home

shess still hsa no leg controll but, the remove of
the syst means theres a fighting chance some all
or nothing may change.

by the end of 8 weeks we will know
weve given her a chance - thats all we can do

You have a good heart in these days of people leaving their
family in difficult situation due to money.

ive almost burned through my 15k pet insurance + i owe 3k cash
all for the sake of a gamble - but thats life, a gamble .
but its debt worth doing for an animal lover

i hope the best and good luck to you and sammy , i have a dog myself , i would absolutely risk every money and take all the risk of this world for the health of my dog. they are not just dog they are part of the family

one step at time man! Everything will be alright, and congrats on caring so much on you dog, to me this is a clear signal of a good man. Please keep us updated, but from now on she'll be improving day by day, i'm sure of this!

will do - now she justs rests at the vets 8 days to recover.
and i wont visit as i dont want her hurting herself with
a neck injury she already has

i took in 10 pre weighed bags of 10 days worth of ukanuba
and a black charcial bone in each bag - today she ate day
after her opperation .

i wont visit her while she stays at the vets 10 days as i
dont wanna set her off. trying to keep her calm baby steps

I think it's already a good thing that he ate something.
I know it's hard being away from your dog.stay strong bro.
