same profile picture?

Is there anything wrong with using the exact same profile picture for multiple accounts? Or would Instagram pic that up in their algorithms?

How can I get around this? What If I add a dot to the picture everytime I used it?

I'm going to be making hundreds of accounts a day. Right now I have methods to generate thousands of usernames, thousands of unique HQ bios, and thousands of unique HQ captions w/ hashtags. I have done this for 11 niches that I've picked out. I also have picture pools and people to follow all sorted out to. So right now this is the most time consuming thing to do when making a new profile. I would like to pic out about a thousand images for profile pictures and reuse them. All of these accounts are the quality of an authority account, so I need to keep the profile pictures HQ too.

Its always recommend to change the MD5 info of pictures for posts because IG can pickup duplicate post.. I have had issues with uploading pics but when I changed the MD5 it uploaded just fine.. initially when I started IG I had accounts with similar posts and they got deleted after some activity.. so the same rule of thumb can apply for profile pics as well..
