Same product, different terminology

Should I duplicate product pages to match ad copies and keywords with different terminology used?

nail > trimmer, clipper, file, cutter

All serve the same purpose, my page focuses on one terminology and ad group which focuses on that keyword has 7-8 qs while the rest gets 3-5

I just want to narrow all of them down to one product page.. but it just doesnt seem to work

also, why on earth i can't post in adwords section? is it because my forum status?..

Focus On grouped keyword ideas. Make sure the pages are congruent and stupid simple.
