I have been wondering by seeing these kind of posts on Twitter regularly on my timeline. Where one kind of tweet (either image or video ) is posted after doing some minor changes.
is it some clickbait or a coincidence?

Clicking bait, many people use auto API tools plus stable IP isolation tools to post the same content across multiple accounts, thereby gaining clicks, or for the sake of traffic, affiliate clicks, and so on.
