Same offer, Spread across multiple networks? (help)

Hi guys. Noob question here.

I'm thinking about using 1 dating offer (1 particular site), but spreading it out across multiple networks (rotating link).

My question is, could the Advertiser (owner of the site) hold any funds from me if they see I'm promoting them across multiple networks? Lets say 1 cpa network bans me, for blanking referrer, or possibly not so good leads, could the advertiser then cancel me from all networks, and not pay other networks the money I'm owed?

Is that even possible or legal? I just want to make sure it's actually SAFER to use multiple networks for 1 offer, than it would be just using 1 network.

I'm speaking of spreading the earning$ across multiple networks / backend advertiser involvement.

No offense, but did you read the thread?

Anyone help a noob with this simple question? Just some small advise needed please
