I am running one offer from the same advertiser on 2 different networks. All traffic comes from adwords one one network my CR rate is 25% on the other it is 3%
What does this mean? one networks shaves a lot more then the other?
Yes, it's possible (one network shave more hardcore). But we also have to remember that sometimes a Network just brokerage from another Network. This fact sometimes make CR and EPC drop (different from a network to another network).
