Same Domain Backlinks

How much do you guys look at "same domain backlinks" ?? So many sites have a page that has 0 Unique page backlinks but have thousands of domain backlinks... How much weight do you think is on the difference between domain and unique backlinks?

12 unique page backlinks VS. 12,000 same domain backlinks...

If a page has 0 page backlinks but 12,000 domain backlinks, how many different page backlinks will it take to beat out those domain backlinks?

In your opinion / experience ??

I think that google count 1 link per ip,so be more focused on ip diversity

pretty standard these days that your links need to be widely diversified. When you are tricking things, even then you need links from different class c IPs for it to be effective. In the past that did work, but as the expression goes.. "that is so 2007'
