Same Credit Card for 2 Bing Accounts?

I have 2 Bing accounts. One is old in which i have my brothers CC linked in it and his Billing info as well. Now i created another bing account for my other website for which i created the other bing account. The issue is that :
1. In my old bing account, i want to add the same card that i would use with my new account, is that permissible?
2. The old bing account has different billing address and my brothers CC, which i don't want to use in the old account anymore. I would add my own card in the old account as well. And also create the new account and use my card in it.

Can i do this?

Yes you can. I've been doing same without any issues so far.
