You can quote a small paragraph of text, but not the whole thing. It will not harm your first page as the date is earlier than the second, blogger, but the second has no worth at all so you don't need to do that.
Penalty of a duplicate content can be enforced upon the second page with the later date, so you can easily lose your blogger blog.

Aside all of the previous replies, look into 'canonical'. I don't know if this also works with different domains, but this way you can tell google the original and it will ignore the other version.

Why would you do that when Google keeps shouting through your ears, "Content Is King"? Go ahead and update your second blog with some good content or maybe related even, but not the same.

It is a VERY bad idea to post the exact same content onto two sites. This is due to the fact that Google wants new content and when it sees two sites with the same content ranking gets complicated. You will have both sites penalized if you choose to do this. I would not share the same content on Blogger. I would choose a single platform and stick with it. Otherwise it could seriously harm your rankings.
