    Hi all,

I have a local business directory site with bar-restaurants.
Lets say I have 20 bars

I want to create some landing pages in order to attract organic traffic.

    Examples:

Bar suggestions for Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday ... etc (some of them are closed for Monday and open only on Friday and Saturday)

Of course I have a landing page with lets say "All Bars in America" and other such as "All bars in New York"
But I have only 20 bars and many landing pages have over 80% the same bars.
Another example is: "Bars with Rock Music" (if the majority of the bars play rock)
(I thing I made my point here)

How Google treat those landings ?
Can I create as many as I want in order to benefit from different search queries ?

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

You might get hit with duplicate content penalties.

Make sure you use the canonical tag correctly so you can put the RIGHT EMPHASIS on priority pages you wish to rank.

Thing is that I want to rank for all of them !! There is no point of canonical because all those landing are not visible in my site, they are only visibly from google !!

What about adding some copy before the list of my bars ? Can this break the duplicate content ?

I would go with the canonical tags as well. Would seem to work.
