Same Bank, Different Card?

I’ve had my card suspended on an ad account before. I’ve currently got another one up and running on a different device , IP etc. It’s running smoothly.

If I get a new card from my bank ( bank for card i used on the suspended account) will i be able to use this new card on my new google ads account?
