SalesForce Scammed me for 173 GBP

Recently i posted a thread in a need to buy ebay account , SalesForce contacted me via skype and told me he had an aged 8-10 years old acc. which he was willing to sell me for 173 GBP , i paid him via Paypal and was expecting the login details from him after 3 days as agreed . its 6th day today and he has been offline from last couple of days ... as i'm checking my skype it looks he had blocked me .

I would like mods over here to Ban this Scammer right away ..

At first he was trying to convince me to pay via BTC , but unfortunately my BTC account didn't passed the verification process so i was left with paypal which i think can get me my money back , i have already opened a dispute on his paypal ...

The sad thing is that mother f**ker might have my money in his hands by now ..

Hope i get my money back from paypal ..
