Sales topic change.

Any of you guys changed your sales topics? How long it usually takes?

I been waiting for almost a week with no success, I don't mind waiting, but I had no messages or anything about it, just getting worried it's not in their list or it was overlooked. What would be the best course of action? I sent ticket in BHW ticketing system. but no answer to that also.
