Who has Read Books by Joe Girard, or Zig Zigglar?
If you have not read books by them you are missing out. My father used to own a Telemarketing Company and would once a year go through the book by Joe Girard "How to Sell Anything to Anybody" I think It is great book that can be very helpful and inspirational to inspiring sales representatives.
Zig Zigglar also has some good books about sales and confidence. Reading their books and applying it to my sales I was able to make a lot of money telemarketing and I was cold calling.
