Hello,
I've finished writing my book, which I've put up for sale on Amazon (KDP). Sales are starting nicely, and I've even got my first comments on the sales page, but I'd really like to do everything I can to be well identified on this theme.

The theme is international relations. The book is in French but concerns several countries.

Should I develop an aggressive social networking strategy?

Should I create a dedicated site to sell the book, using the book's keywords?

I've sent a few copies to journalists, and I've got two articles and interviews scheduled for Friday. One in the trade press and another in the general press. I'm hoping to get some more, and I've got a few friends planning to talk about it on their social networking accounts when they've finished it (it's a bit big).

Someone suggested I reference the book on Google Books, which I'm going to do.

Do you see anything? It was proposed that I use influencers, but I can't find the platform that used to list influencers, including French ones.

I'm not against other options, of course.

Thank you for your advice :)

Congratulations on the release of your book. I wish it well.

Taking extra steps to market your book cant hurt. Create a social networking plan by figuring out which network will benefit from your book the most. Then setup a tool that can put things into rotation for you.

Setting up a website dedicated to your book allows you more control over not only the sales, but customer retention. It will allow you to build a customer database, as well as build relationships with your customers. You cant do that on Kindle.

Thanks, I'll make a note of it :)
