I used the link to activate the sales navigation, but yesterday a large number of accounts failed to activate successfully. A few accounts can still be activated.

your accounts are too new to activate navigator, you need at least 10 connections, inbox me for more tips or to work together.

If you can, try using an aged account and if the issue is still there, then you can start narrowing down other possible causes.

Look for issues like Browser, try incognito mode or a different browser.
Maybe License Activated Elsewhere, check if your license is used on another account.
or maybe technical Glitches sign out and back in.
