What are the safest methods and practices for Link Networks/PBN's, i.e. accessing site itself, uploading pages/content and anything else you can think of please and thank you for the advice not mouch mentioned in the way of practices reported.

Nobody can see who accessed your site besides you. If you are paranoid, be log out off Gmail and use Firefox, but apart of that, you can do whatever you want to access your own sites.

dot use the same hosting provider for all your pages ... don't use on of this seo hosting.
