what is the best payment gateway to send money to people. ill be giving around $10 - $20. need a good system to get the money back if he scams me.

paypal? any other payment gateways?

Yeah, probably paypal since you can have a small waiting period to make sure you get your stuff.

i would recommend paypal because it's very easy fast and pretty safe. when you have problems with a transfer the support is very cooperative.

Paypal is fine but if you send it as a gift, or it's a virtual item or service your money is gone forever.
