Safest platform to provide support to my clients?

Hey guys, i was providing support to my clients through Instagram, but my instagram account got banned and then i thought: what would be much safer place to provide support to my clients , so i don't get banned and i don't lose my contacts(clients). I'm providing SMM reselling service, i'm reselling instagram followers, likes etc... So I'm wondering what other platform i could use to provide support to my clients so i never lose access to it?

Maybe whatsapp/telegram/viber and other programs like that would be much more safer cause i will never get banned on them?

I dont have a website, i just sell my service straight on Instagram, but since instagram can block your account i feel not safe for providing support on this platform, so let me know what are your thoughts guys

I would use telegram. Many ppl i encounter are offering support there.
Whatsapp..skype..discord...all these instant message platforms are viable.
Pick whatever has least resistance. for instance i would not do it with IRC.
most people use whatsapp or telegram. it is easy to make an account. just download app and register w/ pva.
another option to consider is ticketing system. OSticket is free and popular. you just need a domain/server to host it. user will submit a ticket for you to review. vs live chat support which is more time consuming.
