Safest Offshore Webhost?

Hey whatsup everyone,

I've been poking around on the BHW forum for quite some time now trying to gain as much knowledge as I could about my topic without having to post, but alas- I figure this may be the more direct route. I have used the SE and have found troves of information, but some of it is quite dated.

I am in the market to create a private webpage which is registered and hosted at two different locations. Through some research I have found that EasyDNS was a good option to register (please feel free to offer other, better options!), but the hosting websites I have found many of, which it seems to be all personal preference?

I have read that the .ca extension is extremely safe, as well as some others, and .ca is also in my target market.

Would anyone be able to please throw some advice at me for what the best offshore, secure, web host would be? I have read more recently that some are fond of bluehost and hostwind, but are these the most secure and anonymous?

PS: Not sure if this matters, but I want to register and host the website while remaining completely anonymous. My research thus far has concluded that the best ways to do this are to: Proxy-VPS-VPN, VPN-VPS-VPN, or my favorite so far= VPN-proxy-VPS-VPN-proxy. Any input on this would also be extremely helpful, as I will continue my research regardless! Thank you all!

Those are 2 canadian hosts that most of the torrent sites use, I'm guessing if you want something safe they are good to use.

If you want something even more safe, here's 2 dedicated server providers that won't shut you down:

Thank you guys for your inputs! WeservIT looks good, with rather competitive prices, as well as all the others listed! The prices on ecatel are rather high compared to some others I've seen, and vox doesn't list prices unless you login.

I was also looking at UnderHost, what about that?

Does anyone else have any extra advice they'd love to spare with the community? =D
