Safest MP settings

I want to start out by boosting my friend's niche account. I want to be very safe with it, banning it would be the last thing I want to happen. I will be buying MP tomorrow.
What settings do you suggest me? I would scale them up as time goes by.

depending on the age of the account.
i started with <300s for follows a day, 4 days unfollow, <300 likes
content wise, i kept it to 3-4 a day, random
i dont auto comment..

How old is the account? The older the better in terms of how high you can get your settings to go.

Just try and experiment on other account first.

The truth is most of the people here wont be telling you the truth of their setting, fearing that it will establish a pattern if too many people using the same pattern. (a lot people wont admit it, but it's the truth)
