Safely withdrawing funds from paypal

Hello everyone, I have a few questions that hopefully you can help me with. I tried to search, but most solutions seem outdated.
Anyway, let's say I have funds in a stealth paypal account. Would it be safe for me to transfer regular amounts of money (~$200-$300) from the stealth account to another stealth account, and then from that to my real paypal (that I have been using way before I started doing ahem.. this) and from there transfer to my bank account?
So it would be:
Stealth1 > Stealth2 > Real Account > Bank Account

If not, what are other best and safest ways to transfer money from paypal? I read about freelancing websites but I am not sure if those methods are outdated.

If the amounts are small, you can use those money to pay for other expenses. However, at some point, Paypal will ask you more details about you, to validate your account at a higher level and so on. So, this is for short term only.

If the amounts are medium/high, try to create a debit card, pass the money there and retrieve them from an ATM somewhere in the world.

For large amounts, do an offshore account and link those paypal (with 1-3rd tier) to those.

all the paypal account must have verified. then you can transfer this method. this is safe
Stealth1 > Stealth2 > Real Account > Bank Account
but after stealth and stealth, Stealth to Real transaction you have to wait minimum 24 hrs for each transaction. Auto withdrawal is best for bank transaction .

I would say its safe until you get caught

Adding a Bank to your stealth is far better solution.
