Safely following and Unfollowing Post algorithm

Looking for opinions on how to keep accounts safely under the suspension limit. Here are the situations:

New Account (Less than a week)

Follow Limit Per Hour:

Newish Account (3 Months or Less)

Follow Limit Per Hour:

Middling Account (More that 3 months but less than a year)

Hello OP what are the settings your using as for all the setting you provided above and I will let you know if they are safe or not.

I was hoping to start a discussion gathering the opinions of several parties and using the original post as an average or range of numbers.

I noticed in the past few days that I can no longer follow 400-1000 in one day. Now I barely can follow 120 per day.
I manage a few accounts manully (+ some imacros).

Wow, that is not good. How old are the accounts? What following patterns have you been using?

For example were you following 100 at a time taking a break and going back to it?
