Safe youtube views exists?

Hello.
I just made my new channel youtube and want to enable monetization after reaching views to 10k.
So i want to get it fast. SO i was thinking to buy safe youtube views for my videos.
Do they really exist?
I want ideas and suggestions of you guys which have already tried..
I dont want to loose my channel.
I am neither looking for cheap but it should bulletproof 100% safe

ive had monetize safe views made, most views youll find will not work because when you involve taking money from youtube, you and thousands of other people could do the same thing so they have very strict policies around it. Imagine if it was easy to get away with sending cheap spam views to monetized videos, and hundreds of thousands of people did it, youtube would have huge issues

The way monetized safe views works, at least how mine are, is that you basically need to trick youtube similar to how editing vids is done to avoid bots, there is a formula to do it

The basic idea is:

Have a revolving random window where views from real users come in, I have a 6-18 hour window on mine, they come from a network, and each day the view count resets, the users that come in are random and many could come in in the first 6-10 hours or all in the last 2, the counter starts again on the following day, and again is random. These users are also real people

Im not going to break down this entirely but theres the gist

So similar to how getting watch time and subs to pass review needs to have some basic guidelines such as not being from ads, not being directly spam links, so does monetization safe views
