There is no "safe" backlinking. Building backlinks is against the rules. Period. You play with fire you get burned.

The only natural backlinks are those that you earn.
 
I tried this a year ago or so. But with the difference that I asked them to add "a link somewhere in there" site. It turned out to be a bit wrong as very few took initiative to add a link. Would be much easier with an article.

well guest posting and blog commenting are the best safe ways to create quality backlinks. for blog commenting you can take the help of commentluv system. let me tell you a trick google for ******** sites. i hope you will find alot of ******** sites high PR sites.
