Safe to use scraped Facebook emails?

Sasha...Love to send you a message, but I dont have 15 posts yet. Been on BHW for years, but couldn't find my old account info and had to start over. Selling mascara with fb ads, but the results are poor. Need to scrape emails, but have little knowledge on how to do everything. You seem to know your way around the block. Will keep trying and hopefully get to chat some time. Thanks Steve Las Vegas

I would find it odd that Facebook would ban or disallow you to use your ad account when they are the ones that give you the option to upload the Facebook emails in the first place. How else is someone supposed to find thousands of Facebook emails other then scraping. They know what's going on, and as long as you follow the ad TOS and don't advertise stuff you shouldn't, why would they say no to your money? Think about it
