Is it safe to upload the safe page and money page the same hosting or ahould I use different hosting for them? I some people recomending to mask the ip of the server, how is it done?

Not matter you can setup safe page and money page upload the same hosting

After the first safepage will got cought by facebook, I can still use that hosting or facebook has someway of flagging the entire ip of the hosting?

yes you can use this hosting but not domain
